LKIMM Potenza-V Global Debut at CHINAPLAS 2024

CHINAPLAS 2024 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition opened at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center on April 23rd, 2024. LKIMM unveiled an new corporate image with stunning apperance, showcasing the latest generation products, leading whole-plant intelligence solutions and cutting-edge injection molding solutions. 

 

At CHINAPLAS 2024, LKIMM exhibited the fifth generation Potenza-V servo precision injection molding machine, EL-250 electric PET machine, ELE-160 all-electric high-efficiency injection molding machine, whole-plant automation solutions, and MES digital intelligent management system. Three injection molding solutions and automation solutions for daily necessities, automative parts and medical were displayed.

 

 

Potenza-V fifth generation servo precision injection molding machine

 

Potenza-V is the fifth generation precision injection molding machine, the entire series is equipped with electromelt adhesive technologythe mold clamping. The hinge and other structures have been fully optimized and upgraded, reducing impact force and making the operation more efficient and stable. The power of the entire machine has been increased by 15%-25%, and the molding cycle has been shortened by 10%. - 20%. The injection platform structure has a new electric pre-molding interface, and electric pre-molding or hydraulic motor pre-molding can be freely selected according to customer needs. A high-precision linear guide injection unit is used to make the structure more compact. The Potenza-V series adopts a flexible module design, by matching different injection to meet different needs of customers.

 

 

EL-250 electric PET machine

 

EL-250 electric PET machine features high motor control precision, good stability and high efficiency. With the special optimization of PET injection screw structure and high-torque melting technology, it greatly improves the efficiency and product stability of PET injection molding. The pass rate is as high as over 95%. At present, the PET electric special machine has been mass-produced for well-known domestic leading companies.

 

 

ELE-160 all-electric injection molding machine

 

With its advanced technology and excellent design, the ELETTRICA-E all-electric injection molding machine exhibits excellent performance in the mold clamping and injection units, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality.
