China International Machine Tool Exhibition (CIMT) was held in 17th April at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. The exhibition is one of the world's four major international machine tools exhibitions. After more than 20 years of history, it has become a major platform to showcase the latest technology in manufacturing equipment for those from machinery and tool manufacturing industries.
The theme of this exhibition is "new demand and supply of new power". LK Precision Machinery (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. on behalf of L.K. Group brought a "new concept" debut. To face with the current increasing of market demand for high-end flexible manufacturing, customization has become an inevitable trend in the development of manufacturing. LK Precision Machinery (Kunshan) Co. showed a five-axis machining center BTC-550AX and high-speed gantry machining center EU-1000.
Five-axis machining center BTC-550AX is one of the members of the BTC-550 series. The machine series of BTC-550 includes three-axis machining center and high-efficiency machining center with automatic pallet changer (APC). BTC-550 series is completely using the technology from Taiwan, a number of patented technologies, with high rigidity, and excellent performance.
High-speed gantry machining center EU-1000 is three-axis high-speed machine with spindle speed 15000 rpm, mainly suitable for die-casting mold finishing. It can completely replace the artificial grinding and polishing process, with the advantages of saving time and effort, to shows good surface finishing, and perfect interpretation of high-precision processing concept.
